Diversity and Inclusion: New Talent for the Fund Industry

ICI is committed to fostering greater diversity and inclusion in the regulated fund industry. As part of these important efforts, the Institute has launched the Talent Connection, a program to introduce law students from underrepresented groups to the industry as a career option. Talent Connection offers free webinars and help with students’ jobs searches, and the program will expand over time.

To serve investors in the best ways possible, it’s important that our industry’s workforce reflects the diversity of our shareholders.

Research shows: organizations that include different perspectives generate higher-quality ideas and create more value.

So, ICI is launching the Talent Connection program to introduce law students from underrepresented groups to our industry as a career choice.

We are offering free webinars to familiarize students with our industry—and help with their job search. We’ll be hosting in-person events when those become possible.
