Cancellations received by May 16 are subject to a $250 administrative fee. After May 16, we regret that no registration fees can be refunded. For cancellations due to health-related concerns, please contact us at conferences@ici.org.
If you are unable to attend and would like to send a colleague in your place, substitutions can be made online by modifying your registration, and the administrative fee will not be applied.
